Talent Acquisition Consultant (Female)

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients or the organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements or internal hiring needs and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and joining formalities
• Maintain candidate and client databases and prepare regular recruitment reports
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
