In this pivotal role, you will support our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and HR professionals, gaining the exposure and skills needed for a fulfilling career in talent acquisition.
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews and assessments for BPO and shared service roles across multiple locations and time zones.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows, keeping candidate records updated and accurate.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, delivering a positive candidate journey.
- Post job adverts on appropriate job boards, career sites, and social media, supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with the administration of offer letters, background checks, onboarding documents, and compliance requirements.
- Source candidates for entry-level and volume positions using online databases and talent pools.
- Prepare and track recruitment data, metrics, and reports for continuous improvement and analysis.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes and communications.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or an administrative role (BPO experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
