Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Executive with proven expertise in Non-IT recruitment to join our People team. This role will be pivotal in scaling our fast-growing functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, Performance Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain, and New Product Development (NPD).

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and shortlist candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in ATS/spreadsheets.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and design structured hiring processes.
  • Conduct intake discussions to align on job descriptions, timelines, and selection criteria.
  • Share recruitment dashboards, pipeline health, and hiring insights with stakeholders.

3. Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey.
  • Build long-term relationships with top talent through timely communication and transparency.
  • Proactively identify and improve candidate touchpoints across the funnel.

4. Execution Excellence

  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure closure of roles within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain consistency in job descriptions, interview scorecards, and evaluation processes.
  • Strengthen employer branding by creating a positive external perception at every touchpoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Non-IT hiring (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of sourcing platforms, candidate assessment methods, and closing strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and recruitment data tracking.
  • A combination of execution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
