Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions

Location: Calicut

Experience: 1–3 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HRM or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
