Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: Onsite (Work from office)
Experience: 1-2 years in IT / Non-IT recruitment
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding.
2. Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and evaluate candidates based on job fit and cultural alignment.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels; ensure timely feedback collection and follow-up.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Draft and post job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and role clarity.
7. Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
8. Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and ensure a professional recruitment process.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
3. Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
4. Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel.
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate, MBA in HR will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
