Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles, primarily in Inside Sales, Telesales, and Customer Support.
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels including social media, job portals, and internal databases.
- Handle client coordination and manage hiring requirements efficiently.
- Regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers; strong ability to handle recruitment data and MIS.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; share timely feedback and ensure closure of open positions.
- Contribute to employer branding by representing the company professionally to candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing skills using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Good client-handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
