Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles, primarily in Inside Sales, Telesales, and Customer Support.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various channels including social media, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Handle client coordination and manage hiring requirements efficiently.
  • Regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers; strong ability to handle recruitment data and MIS.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews; share timely feedback and ensure closure of open positions.
  • Contribute to employer branding by representing the company professionally to candidates and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Good client-handling and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
