Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle both technical (developers, data engineers, AI specialists, etc.) and non-technical (marketing, sales, HR, operations) hiring.
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support HR operations such as employee engagement, performance tracking, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or startup environments).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
