Experience: Minimum 1 year in Talent Acquisition within a marketing/creative agency
Probation: 4 months (same salary during probation and after)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST | Sat: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
Reporting: Directly to Founders/Leadership (no manager layer)

Role Summary

You will be the sole owner of hiring at Fame Keeda; planning, sourcing, evaluating, and closing hires across the org. You’ll work hand-in-hand with HR Operations for onboarding and day-to-day HR coordination.

What you’ll do

  • Own the hiring funnel end-to-end: JD calibration, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closures.
  • Workforce planning: Align with leadership on role priorities and hiring calendar.
  • Sourcing at speed: Build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, communities, referrals, and campuses.
  • Assessments: Design quick, role-relevant screens (task tests, portfolio/case reviews).
  • Candidate experience: Structured comms, scheduling, feedback management, and expectation setting.
  • Offer management: Compensation benchmarking and negotiation; ensure smooth acceptance.
  • Onboarding (with HR Ops): Coordinate documentation, access/asset provisioning, Day-1 readiness, induction, Zoho People entries, and Zoho Payroll handoff.
  • Employer branding: Sharpen JDs, careers snippets, social posts; run referral and campus drives.
  • Tracking & reporting: Maintain sheet-based/Docs trackers; publish weekly dashboards (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, source ROI).
  • Process building: Standardize scorecards, interview loops, SLAs; continuously improve quality bar.

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • 1+ year full-cycle recruiting in a marketing/creative agency (must).
  • Solid grasp of agency roles: Creative (copy/design/video), Strategy, Performance/Growth, Influencer Marketing, Account Management, Production, plus Ops/Tech.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable leading calls with candidates and founders.
  • Comfortable with Zoho People & Zoho Payroll handoffs, and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides for pipeline tracking and reports.
  • High ownership, speed, and structure across multiple simultaneous roles.

Nice to have

  • Hiring experience for influencer marketing / creative marketing roles.
  • Built/ran referral and campus programs.
  • Drafted competency frameworks or trained interviewers.
