Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, and professional networks).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for in-house and client roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to fully understand role needs.
- Conduct initial interviews, coordinate further rounds, and facilitate final selection.
- Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and trackers.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines and contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates, including document collection and verification and maintain HR documentation.
- Conduct reference checks and maintain verification records.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, high interpersonal skills, and strong organization.
- Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to meet recruitment timelines, and work in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
