Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, and professional networks).
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for in-house and client roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to fully understand role needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews, coordinate further rounds, and facilitate final selection.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and trackers.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines and contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies.
  • Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates, including document collection and verification and maintain HR documentation.
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain verification records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, high interpersonal skills, and strong organization.
  • Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to meet recruitment timelines, and work in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
