Job Title: Talent Acquisition HR

Industry: Electronic Vehicle (EV) & Microfinance

Location: Sherophuli

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition / HR (NBFC / Microfinance preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end hiring for field & office roles (Collection Executive, Field Officer, Sales, Operations)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals & local hiring channels
• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Offer roll-out, joining & documentation follow-up
• Maintaining recruitment tracker & MIS
• Supporting onboarding and basic HR coordination

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA HR preferred
• Experience in Microfinance / NBFC / EV finance recruitment
• Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed & local sourcing
• Good communication & coordination skills
