Role Overview:

This is an entry-level recruitment role for candidates who already have basic consultancy exposure. The role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who wants to build a solid career in recruitment—not just try it out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen resumes for multiple client requirements
  • Conduct initial telephonic HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Regular follow-ups with candidates for interview feedback
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment consultancy (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable with telephonic screening and candidate calling
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Willingness to learn, take targets, and work under pressure
