- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for roles in creative, strategy, media, performance, tech, and client servicing.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, internal database, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess skill fit, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to run hiring campaigns, social hiring posts, and events that build our employer brand.
- Talent Pipeline: Maintain a database of potential future candidates and high performers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, JD requirements, and team culture nuances.
- Basic HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operations like coordinating internal events, managing leave records, and maintaining basic employee documentation.
