Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The role involves end-to-end hiring using job portals and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
• Coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Nearby location candidates preferred
