Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and documentation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
