Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Executive - Sales to manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, focusing on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other sources
• Initial screening of the candidates through telephonic interviews
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Pitching the offers to successful candidates based on budget, experience, & skills.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Coordination with different departments for employer branding, smooth recruitment process, system updating and changes in careers page.
• Maintaining and updating new employee records in recruitment database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (sales recruitment preferred)
• Have proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter for sales role)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge of Excel
• Good Data Handling Skill
