Job Summary:
Tekboox US base company urgently looking to hire Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in BPO hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process

· Post job ads on job portals and social media platforms.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

· Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field..

· Strong sourcing and screening skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

· Good understanding of interview techniques.

· Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

Job Location: DHA Y Block, Phase 3, Lahore
