Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description:

Lifetime Health is a growing homecare services provider based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Health Care HR Executive with strong exposure to healthcare recruitment to manage sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of homecare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit healthcare staff (caregivers, nurses, physiotherapist, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, and selection
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes
• Coordinate with operations team for manpower requirements
• Assist in employee engagement and basic HR operations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in healthcare or homecare services
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates (job portals, referrals, field recruitment)
• Ability to work independently and close positions quickly
• Familiarity with Bengaluru healthcare hiring landscape is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour compliance preferred
