Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to successful onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads on professional platforms, job boards, and social media
  • Actively source candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist a suitable candidate
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
  • Communicate promptly with candidates and ensure a smooth process
  • Maintain and update recruitment software/ATS
  • Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
  • Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Close technical positions efficiently

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience in hiring for technical roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and calendar management abilities
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS and hiring tools
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Other Details

  • Job Timings: 3 pm-12 am (Monday to Friday and alternate half Saturdays)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
