We are looking for a female candidate for this role.
ABS International runs US-facing sales and operations teams from Karachi. Not for clients — for ourselves. The same accounts have been active since 2012. Keeping these teams staffed is not a background task here. It is the entire job.
This role suits someone who has come from a customer service, CSR, or sales background and knows how to hold a real conversation — because that is what you will be doing all night. Not filing. Not admin. Actual candidate conversations, screening calls, and pipeline management for a team that has to perform at 11 PM against US decision-makers.
If you have HR or TA experience, that is an advantage. If you have strong communication skills and 0–6 months of CSR, sales, or customer-facing experience — that transfers directly to what this role needs.
What the work involves
Source candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed. Reach out, screen for English fluency and role fit, confirm availability for night shift, and move qualified people through the pipeline. You manage three to five open roles simultaneously. You flag strong candidates quickly. When a hiring manager asks for a shortlist — it is ready.
The people you are hiring will take calls with American customers at midnight. You need to know within a two-minute conversation whether someone can hold up in that environment.
What you need
Female candidate. Strong spoken and written English — natural, confident, professional. Night shift availability, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar. Minimum 0–6 months of experience in TA, HR, CSR, sales, or any role that required consistent professional communication.
What you earn
PKR 40,000–55,000 base, paid on time every month since 2012. Per-hire incentive paid directly on every successful placement — not deferred, not pooled. PKR 3,000 punctuality allowance monthly. Annual increment based on performance.
