Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Executive (Female Only)

Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive (Female) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and finalize hiring processes.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate or consulting environment).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Only female candidates will be considered for this position.
