About the Role
Rech International, a leading healthcare and medical devices organization, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to manage and strengthen its human resource function across head office and field operations. The role requires hands-on experience in HR operations within a structured, compliance-driven, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including sales, biomedical engineers, regulatory, and corporate staff
• Coordinate with department heads to effectively fulfill hiring requirements
• Ensure timely and efficient onboarding processes

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Support documentation for audits and regulatory requirements

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Foster a professional and performance-driven work environment

Performance & Development

• Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs

HR Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Liaise with internal departments for operational alignment

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
• Experience hiring for technical and field-based roles will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates residing near PECHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, or nearby areas
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or distribution sector will be preferred
