Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our US Recruitment team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for people interaction, and the drive to grow in the HR domain, this role is a great opportunity to build a strong career foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable resumes and extract relevant keywords based on organizational hiring needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely tracking of hiring activities.
• Assess candidates’ credibility and ensure completion of all required onboarding documentation.
• Keep applicants updated about their application status throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Communicate with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs to ensure they understand internal hiring standards and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Skills:

• Fresher candidates can apply for this post.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
