HR Data Analytics Role

This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, automation, and insightful visualization across HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and SharePoint. The position plays a critical part in enabling data driven decision making by delivering advanced analytics, predictive insights, and workforce simulations that strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership visibility.

The ideal candidate will develop and manage end to end HR dashboards, build robust Power BI data models, and support manpower planning and budgeting cycles. They will champion digital transformation by automating HR reporting processes and enhancing data governance across the organization. This role requires strong analytical capability, advanced technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
