What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT/technical roles.
• Support client acquisition and staffing projects.
• Manage candidate databases and assist with end-to-end recruitment.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team on HR and staffing initiatives.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers/recent graduates interested in HR, Recruitment, or IT staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working remotely with:
• Laptop: Intel i3 or higher
• Internet: High-speed connection
• Workspace: Quiet setup (power backup recommended)
