Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Draft and post attractive job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining smooth candidate communication.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Keep recruitment reports and trackers and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
