Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Draft and post attractive job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining smooth candidate communication.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Keep recruitment reports and trackers and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
