• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Actively search for candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sourcing strategies.
• Use LinkedIn Talent Insights for data on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Avature to ensure smooth workflows.
• Regularly review job ads for accuracy, engagement, and alignment with branding and compliance.
• Provide support to various Talent Acquisition projects.

• Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, or a related field, but we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. Passion, drive, and eagerness to learn are key to success in this role.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong multitasking ability and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, digital tools, social media resources, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Motivated to meet hiring goals and drive results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
