We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment processes and a strong interest in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, evaluating profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview schedules.

Support the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding and hiring initiatives.

Assist in offer rollouts and documentation processes.

Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.

Master’s Degree (MBA in HR preferred).

Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and MS Office.
