Overview

As a Intern - Talent Acquisition (non-tech) role at Licious, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent across non-tech functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance & Category Management. You’ll be working from our Bengaluru office in a 5-day in-office setup.

What makes the role meaty?

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and help execute effective hiring processes
• Learn and contribute to sourcing efforts: from researching talent pools to identifying potential candidates across plat
• formsMaintain organized and updated candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication
• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on defined role criteria
• Gain exposure to stakeholder management by supporting communication between candidates, hiring managers and the HR team

• Have strong communication and coordination skills

• Are comfortable working with data and tools (Google Suite, Excel, Sheets, etc)
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a great candidate experience
• Are willing to work from the office in Bengaluru, 5 days a week
• Are open to a 6-month internship with the possibility of conversion based on performance
