HR Internship

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) to assist our recruitment team in sourcing and engaging high-quality talent through multiple channels. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in sourcing techniques, candidate pipeline management, and recruitment operations within a fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

• Actively source potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and preliminary screenings

Recruitment Database Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within recruitment systems
• Track sourcing efforts, responses, and hiring outcomes

Collaboration & Team Support

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sourcing strategies

Market Research & Insights

• Research industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability
• Share insights to improve sourcing efficiency and recruitment results

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Hands-on experience with sourcing via LinkedIn and job portals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Familiarity with sourcing tools is an advantage
