Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern for a paid internship 4–6 weeks. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, making it ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Interest in recruitment and talent management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
