About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern for a paid internship 4–6 weeks. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, making it ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Interest in recruitment and talent management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
