Nestlé Business Services is seeking a strategic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Lead to lead a high-performing team in delivering best-in-class talent acquisition and development services. This role is pivotal in shaping recruitment strategies, optimizing technology and tools, and driving impactful learning and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
A Day in the Life

Lead Talent Acquisition Operations: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and diversity hiring.

Enable Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement tech solutions to support recruitment and learning interventions; ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement.

Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HRBPs to develop resourcing plans and align hiring strategies with business goals.

Oversee Onboarding & Talent Admin: Ensure seamless onboarding experience and manage operational delivery of learning programs through dashboards and automation.

Coach & Develop Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development within the team.

What Will Make You Successful
Education & Experience:

Masters degree in Business Administration

Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment

Proven success in sourcing for complex roles

Skills & Knowledge:

Familiarity with digital/social media tools for recruitment

Understanding of talent development, performance frameworks, and learning interventions

Exposure to data analytics and HR tech platforms
