Nestlé Business Services is seeking a strategic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Lead to lead a high-performing team in delivering best-in-class talent acquisition and development services. This role is pivotal in shaping recruitment strategies, optimizing technology and tools, and driving impactful learning and capability-building initiatives across the organization.


A Day in the Life


  • Lead Talent Acquisition Operations: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and diversity hiring.
  • Enable Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement tech solutions to support recruitment and learning interventions; ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HRBPs to develop resourcing plans and align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee Onboarding & Talent Admin: Ensure seamless onboarding experience and manage operational delivery of learning programs through dashboards and automation.
  • Coach & Develop Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development within the team.

Education & Experience:


  • Masters degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment
  • Proven success in sourcing for complex roles
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with digital/social media tools for recruitment
  • Understanding of talent development, performance frameworks, and learning interventions
  • Exposure to data analytics and HR tech platforms
  • Leadership Attributes:
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and customer orientation
