Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Talents Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team with a focus on new client acquisition, client relationship management, and team leadership. The role involves bringing in new business, maintaining existing clients, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new clients and build strong business relationships.
  • Manage client communications, meetings, and service delivery.
  • Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve targets.
  • Handle team performance, training, and motivation.
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years in HR/Staffing/Recruitment (with client and team handling experience).
  • Experience in handling clients, team KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Familiar with HR processes, daily reporting, and team discipline.
  • Proficient in task management tools and Excel MIS reporting, MS word, PPT.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in business development & client servicing.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
