Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Build and promote the employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates and enhance the company’s reputation in the job market.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Monitor and ensure achievement of recruitment KPIs and maintain a high level of hiring performance.

Leverage a variety of sourcing channels such as online platforms, headhunting, campus recruitment, and external recruitment agencies.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and generate regular reports and analytics.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.

Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage.

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Proven track record in managing recruitment strategy and high-volume hiring.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and recruitment best practices.

Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.

High level of organizational and time management skills.
