Talent Acquisition Manager

Al Jizah, Egypt

Industry: Importer and exporter for fresh fruit and vegetables.

Location: El Sheikh Zayed, Egypt


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Build and promote the employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates and enhance the company’s reputation in the job market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of recruitment KPIs and maintain a high level of hiring performance.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels such as online platforms, headhunting, campus recruitment, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and generate regular reports and analytics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment strategy and high-volume hiring.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
