About the Role
Looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the region. This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE and GCC talent markets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and implement best-in-class recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the overall talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Lead the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, job design, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with senior leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines across functions.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the UAE and broader GCC markets.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure cost-effective and timely hiring solutions.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including digital platforms, social media, networking, and talent communities.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Emiratization requirements, and internal HR policies.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide insights to senior management.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality service and meet hiring targets.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes and talent decisions.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE or GCC.

Proven track record in designing and delivering successful talent acquisition strategies in multinational or large-scale organizations.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment regulations, and Emiratization programs.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
