About the Role


We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across the UAE and Egypt. In this role, you will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and play a hands-on role in driving strategic hiring for senior and business-critical roles. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in reporting, maintaining a consistent weekly hiring cadence, and continuously improving recruitment processes to support the company’s fast-paced growth while mentoring a growing team.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Regional Oversight

  • Lead, coach, and develop the TA team across the UAE and Egypt.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and remove blockers to enable team success.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and alignment across markets.


Strategic & Critical Hiring

  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to drive hiring for leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for key positions, from brief to offer.
  • Build proactive pipelines for high-priority roles and future business needs.


Process & Operational Excellence

  • Drive a consistent, weekly hiring and reporting rhythm to ensure transparency, accountability, and business alignment.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion) and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements across sourcing, interview scheduling, and stakeholder communication.


Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring talent plans align with business objectives.
  • Lead regular check-ins with department heads on hiring progress, blockers, and upcoming needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven success in managing regional hiring in fast-paced, high-growth companies (tech or startup experience preferred).
  • Strong experience hiring for senior and niche/critical roles.
  • Solid knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coaching skills.
  • Fluency in English
