Talent Acquisition Manager-HONOR GCC Dept.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting positions related to the consumer electronics industry, developing recruitment plans to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and headhunting agencies, excluding campus recruitment.
  • Organize and manage the interview process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, evaluation, and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring departments to understand job requirements and responsibilities, providing professional recruitment advice.
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data, regularly reporting progress and results to management.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to talent within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Monitor industry talent trends and establish and maintain a talent pool.
  • Manage and train the recruitment team to enhance their professional capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the consumer electronics industry, with preference given to those with recruitment manager or team leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with the characteristics of consumer electronics industry roles and talent market, with extensive recruitment channel resources.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and recruitment process optimization.
  • High sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and excellent execution skills.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment management systems and office software.
