Job Description:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and project-based roles, ensuring efficiency and high-quality hires,

Partner with regional leadership teams to forecast workforce needs and design proactive talent pipelines,

Strengthening the company’s employer brand across European markets through partnerships with universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies,

Implement sourcing strategies using digital tools, job boards, and social media platforms to attract diverse and high-quality candidates,

Ensure compliance with European labor laws, data protection standards, and internal governance,
-
Prepare regular reports and insights on recruitment activities, market trends, and talent availability for regional and global stakeholders,

Support the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment across the region,
Qualifications:

MinimumBachelor’s degree,
-
Min. 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role,
-
Proven track record in managing recruitment processes for multinational organizations, ideally in EPC, energy, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure sectors,
-
Strong understanding of European labor markets, talent pools, and regulatory environments,
-
Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, and building partnerships across multiple European countries,

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage recruitment data and insights,
-
Willingness to travel across Europe for recruitment events, university partnerships, and business needs.
