ISS Turkiye is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead talent acquisition and management within our People & Culture team. In this position, you will not only manage the recruitment process but also take strategic steps to find future-driven talent that aligns with our company culture, shaping our team for success.


What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning.
  • Lead the recruitment of strategic and high-impact roles by partnering closely with business units.
  • Manage high-volume hiring projects with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and candidate quality.
  • Enhance candidate experience through digital, data-driven, and innovative hiring solutions.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes.
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines and expand sectoral networks.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Support employer branding by engaging with universities and external partners.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the recruitment team.
  • Stay up to date on global and local talent trends and bring best practices into the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic hiring, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy.
  • Strong background in competency-based interviews, assessment center design, and employer branding.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • A digital mindset and eagerness to implement innovative tools and approaches.
  • High ethical standards and sensitivity to confidentiality and data privacy.
