Experience: 2+yrs.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday - 9.55am to 7.00pm)

Note : Candidate having knowledge about LinkedIn paid services will be preferred.

Job profile:

· Source candidates through various portals.

· Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.

· Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.

· Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round.

· Determine qualification criteria for each position.

· Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements).

· Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation.

· Contact universities /Colleges regarding campus hiring.

· Help new hires on-board

Skills:

· Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting

· Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
