Post: Manager – Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

Location : Minto Park , Kolkata

CTC : ₹8–10 LPA

Experience: Minimum 8 Years in Core Recruitment, Head-Hunting, Talent Acquisition – Non-IT

Special Requirement: Strong working knowledge of major hiring portals.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our Non-IT recruitment function. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, head-hunting, and talent acquisition strategies, combined with hands-on experience using recruitment platforms and hiring portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies including head-hunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
  • Utilize hiring portals efficiently to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Implement best practices to enhance hiring efficiency, TAT, and candidate experience.
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and track recruitment dashboards, metrics, and market insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
