As a
Talent Acquisition Manager
, you will lead the end-to-end hiring agenda for both corporate and operations teams within a high-growth quick commerce environment. This role requires strong expertise in scaling both white-collar and blue-collar talent, ensuring we build agile, high-performing teams across all functions.

Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for both corporate and operations roles across Egypt, including high-volume blue-collar hiring

Design and execute scalable hiring strategies to support rapid expansion of noon minutes operations

Build and manage strong talent pipelines across multiple channels, including mass hiring, field recruitment, and direct sourcing

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver against aggressive hiring targets

Drive workforce planning aligned with business growth, operational expansion, and headcount budgets

Develop innovative sourcing strategies using market insights, recruitment data, and creative approaches to attract top talent at all levels.

Optimize recruitment processes to ensure speed, efficiency, and a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced environment

Track and report hiring performance metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and funnel conversion rates, driving continuous improvement

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability

Support broader People initiatives, including onboarding experience, employee engagement, and retention strategies

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring practices in Egypt

Collaborate with regional People teams, Shared Services to ensure alignment and execution excellence
What you'll need:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on both corporate and high-volume blue-collar hiring

Proven experience hiring in Egypt, with a strong understanding of the local talent market

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in mass hiring and scaling teams in fast-paced industries such as e-commerce, logistics, or quick commerce

Strong stakeholder management experience, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and pipeline development strategies
-
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring approaches

Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments with a bias for action

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
