Role Summary
As a
Talent Acquisition Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent strategies, and leading a team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational goals and ensure a strong talent pipeline across all functions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
across multiple business units

Develop and implement
strategic sourcing plans
to attract high-quality and diverse talent

Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities

Manage, mentor, and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs

Drive
employer branding initiatives
across platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals

Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring decisions

Build and maintain a
robust talent pipeline
for critical and future roles

Ensure a seamless and positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring journey

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in talent acquisition

Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and organizational standards
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-
10+ years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

Proven experience handling
high-volume and leadership hiring

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously

Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as
LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, and Bayt.com

Strong analytical and reporting skills
