HR Manager - Real Estate (Roles & Responsibilities)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Agents, Team Leaders, Admin, Marketing, Finance, PRO)
  • Manage bulk hiring for sales agents and Telesales teams
  • Coordinate interviews, offer letters, onboarding and joining formalities
  • HR Operations & Compliance - manage employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination and HR documentation; ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies; coordinate with PRO for visas, labor cards, medicals and renewals
  • Policy Implementation & Discipline - implement HR policies, code of conduct, dress code, working hours, performance rules; handle disciplinary actions, warnings, notices and performance improvement plans (PIP); address employee grievances and ensure workplace discipline
  • Performance Management - track KPIs, targets, closures and productivity of sales teams; support management in appraisals, confirmations, promotions and role changes; monitor probation and performance reviews
  • Payroll & Compensation - coordinate salary processing, commissions, incentives, deductions and final settlements; ensure accurate payroll inputs and timely salary disbursement
  • Employee Engagement & Culture - plan employee engagement activities, R&R, events and training sessions; support a professional, ethical and performance-driven work culture
  • Training & Development - organize onboarding, compliance training, sales support training and HR inductions; coordinate with department heads for skill development needs
  • Reporting & Management Support - prepare HR MIS reports on hiring, attrition, attendance and performance; act as a strategic HR partner to management and department heads
  • Exit Management - handle resignations, exit interviews, clearance, final settlements and visa cancellations
  • Confidentiality & Ethics - maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information; ensure ethical HR practices aligned with company values
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in real estate
  • Experience with UAE labor laws and HR compliance
  • Certification in HR management is a plus
  • Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement
