As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions—from warehouse and logistics staff to marketing, operations, and customer service roles. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment pipeline
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
• Build a strong talent pool for future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages

✔ Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or high-volume hiring is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
