Talent Acquisition officer

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer with a strong background in IT, Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, EPC, and EPCI projects within the Oil & Gas sector. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a wide range of technical roles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, EPC/EPCI sectors.
• Expertise in sourcing and placing technical candidates in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach to recruitment and high attention to detail.
