Work Location: This is a hybrid position based out of our Atlanta Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, Georgia- Our typical hybrid schedule consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist:

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team and enhance and optimize recruiting systems, processes, and programs to ensure they scale with organizational needs. In this role you will serve as the operational backbone of Talent Acquisition, owning system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and process efficiencies across the full recruiting lifecycle.


What you will do:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing training
  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and configuration logs
  • Provide support during HRIS and Onboarding platform implementation and integration
  • Generate key recruiting metric reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Create recruiting reports within the ATS and Power BI to evaluate hiring performance, funnel metrics, and operational trends
  • Maintain automated reports, ensuring accurate recipients, cadence and alignment within business needs
  • Support outreach programs that partner with schools, associations, organizations, and communities to expand our recruiting efforts
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage Talent Community engagement and nurture campaigns
  • Engage in and support other Talent Acquisition and Human Resource projects as needed


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or talent acquisition operations required
  • Subject matter expertise with ATS and HRIS systems, Jobvite and Workday preferred
  • Experience with systems integrations preferred
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors to resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes
  • Previous experience pulling recruiting and system-wide reports, including use of Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Strong project management and process optimization skills
  • Change management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience documenting workflows
  • Strong experience in reporting and data analytics


Compensation Details:
Pay ranges at SMB are designed to reflect skills, experience, and business needs. The range shown excludes location-based adjustments, and most new hires start below the top of the range. For this role, the estimated range starts at $70,000
