Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & People and Culture Specialist who will play a dual role: attracting purpose-aligned talent and nurturing a workplace culture that supports emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This position combines strategic recruitment with human-centered people development. The ideal candidate is both analytical and empathetic — skilled in managing recruitment processes while fostering a culture of harmony, inclusion, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified and values-aligned candidates.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, freelance networks, and community channels.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining transparency, empathy, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess cultural fit.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement in quality and retention.

People & Culture

  • Design and implement onboarding programs that introduce new hires to company values, purpose, and culture.
  • Organize wellness and engagement initiatives such as mindfulness workshops, gratitude sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Serve as a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees, fostering open communication and psychological safety.
  • Support performance development programs that balance skill growth with holistic employee well-being.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through policies, practices, and awareness programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR functions, preferably in the UAE.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruitment metrics, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS tools such as Odoo, Workday, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in employer branding and internal communications.
  • Awareness of diversity, inclusion, and workplace well-being practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and cultural insights.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
