Description
Plans, organizes, and participates in design and implementation of talent acquisition programs in support of strategic initiatives, including evolution of hiring and onboarding, strategic sourcing, among others. Defines project objectives and deliverables, develop communication plans, define team member roles, facilitate decision-making, and establish and track measures of success.
Job Responsibilities
Plans, manages, and coordinates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Supports business leadership with full development of projects.
Identifies opportunities for improvement within the function in areas related to streamlining and sharing best practices amongst multiple locations, process improvement, systems, programs, and will work cross-functionally with internal partners and external vendors to implement and apply new solutions and concepts.
Collaborates with the leadership to oversee and enhance the health system's global talent acquisition applicant tracking system and the global careers website site.
Accomplishes organizational goals with a variety of global talent acquisition and industry concepts, practices, and procedures while relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan.
Research talent acquisition solutions, manage vendor relationships and service suppliers, understand proactively their services to have key resources in hand when needed based on our global talent acquisition strategy.
Prepares project plans including: scheduling, cost analysis, content, development, communications, and other elements as appropriate including relevant process, procedures, and vendor relationships.
Acts as a liaison and fosters communication between departments, committees and leaders within the organization and organization regarding projects and programs.
Maintains ongoing interaction and follow-up with clinical, functional and administrative business leaders.
Performs research, and analysis to supplement and assist initiatives, projects and program.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Project/ Program Management experience, preferred.
Data analytics experience, preferred.
