Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand departmental hiring needs and work with managers to define job roles and candidate profiles.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job portals, hospital website, and social media.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with departmental heads and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
  • Negotiate offers and issue offer letters after final selection.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with hospital policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
  • Support HR team in other generalist functions as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
