Job Description-
Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to deeply understand workforce plans and talent needs.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies (online platforms, headhunting, talent mapping, employee referrals).

Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for critical roles to support future hiring needs.

Ensure high-quality candidate experience by managing communication, feedback, and process timelines.

Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment performance, improve processes, and provide insights to leadership.

Support employer branding initiatives by engaging in university partnerships, career fairs, and digital presence.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners while ensuring alignment with Samsung’s standards.

Stay updated on labor market trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications-
5–8 years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally in a blue-chip company or fast-paced multinational.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a significant plus).

Professional Certification: CIPD (Level 5 or 7), SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent recruitment certifications are highly preferred.

Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English) is mandatory, with excellent professional writing and presentation skills in both.

Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting).
Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong background in sourcing, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline development.

Proven ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining high attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence and build trust with hiring managers.

Strong knowledge of digital recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

A proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is a plus.
